The property comes with all modern amenities, including a washing machine, large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a small garden area with seating for you to enjoy some private outside space, with the gated parking, at the back of the house (NB. There is enough room to park 1 large car or 2 small cars comfortably). Parking permits are available from the Bath Council website for any additional cars and limited on-street parking is available outside of the property.
