Keep the volume down, especially during late-night hours. We want to keep the good vibes flowing with our neighbors!
#### 2. **No Smoking Inside 🚭**
To maintain a fresh atmosphere for everyone, please smoke outside in the car park only. If found to be smoking by the front door or stiarcase, additional cleaning fees will be charged at £50.
#### 3. **Pet Policy 🐾**
We love furry friends, but please check with us before bringing your pet. There is an additional charge. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable!
#### 4. **Check-In & Check-Out ⏰**
Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Need adjustments? Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
#### 5. **Kitchen Use 🍽️**
Feel free to whip up your favorite meals! Please wash the dishes and clean up after yourself. We’re trying to keep the kitchen sparkling for everyone.

Please treat our space as you would your own home. A little tidying up goes a long way!

While we love a good celebration, please keep gatherings small and low-key to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all.

Need to stay connected? Our wifi is fast and free! You’ll find the password in your welcome booklet.

In case of an emergency, make sure to familiarize yourself with the nearest exits and emergency procedures. Safety first!
