4. **Cleanliness**: Please leave the space as you would like to find it. This includes washing dishes, disposing of trash properly, and leaving surfaces tidy.

Failure to adhere to these rules will attract a penalty charge. You may also be asked to leave the property with no refund. The penalty can be upto £250.
